(furtherly referred as the ‘Foundation’), with address at Lago Zurich No. 245, Presa Falcón Building, floor 20, Ampliación Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11529, Mexico City, Mexico, acknowledges that in accordance to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations (furtherly referred as the ‘Law’), your personal data, which may include sensitive data, referred in documents provided by you, those obtained as personal references and those that may be generated by reason of a possible employment relationship with the Foundation, will be processed for the corresponding identification, operation, administration and analysis, as well as for statistical purposes , and may be transferred to entities that directly or indirectly form part of the Foundation for similar purposes to those aforementioned, safeguarding the privacy thereof.

To limit the use and disclosure of your data, the Foundation will maintain security and confidentiality policies and procedures, in terms of the provisions of the Law.
